Who I am, What I'm About

I am a massage therapist, license #5861 in North Carolina. I work at a spa and we have very high standards for customer service and the quality of our work. And I've noticed that not all spas have these standards. So I'm setting out to visit spas throughout the Triad (and someday throughout the world) to see what I can change about myself and maybe offer some tips about what they can do to improve as well.
